Land Charges & Enforcement Assistant

To work as part of a team and be responsible for the day-to-day duties required ensuring the delivery of the Local Land Charges Official Certificate of Searches.

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Council’s Planning Enforcement service.

Candidate Profile

• Experience of office administration process’s
• Experience of working with detailed manual and computerised records
• Experience of dealing with customers by letter, phone and face to face
• A good working knowledge of Word & Excel, with the ability to develop a spreadsheet & basic Word document.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an often time-pressured environment
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
