This is an exciting opportunity to be the strategic lead for transformation and change across the whole of the Children and Young People's Services directorate. To drive forward the Council's vision and strategic goals and to ensure the successful development and implementation of the Children Wellbeing and Schools Bill alongside a wider transformation agenda.

You should be an experienced strategic leader with a proven ability to manage significant change programs within Children's Services. You will have extensive experience in leading social work practice development and transformation programs. I good understanding of the the Family First change agenda and proven ability to work and lead within a multi-agency context. Most importantly you should have a passion for early help and developing services that support children and families to achieve their best outcomes.
