HR Officer - Schools

Are you on the lookout for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our Schools HR team on a temporary basis, initially for six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a vital role in supporting our schools.

As an HR Officer, you will provide essential HR support to schools across Bexley and beyond. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting new starters, variations, and terminations onto the HR/Payroll system.
• Preparing employment documentation.
• Supporting recruitment processes.
• Assisting HR Officers with managing payroll deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
