Social Care Assistant within the Integrated Triage Team.

Candidate will be expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week and take part on a duty rota system. Location: Bexley Civic Offices.

Candidate Profile

A driving licence and access to a car is preferable as the role is duty and often means visits in the community and the distribution of equipment.
