Resettlement Team Leader

About the role – 

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Housing Resettlement Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Housing Resettlement Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a team of Resettlement Officers, driving the procurement of suitable private sector accommodation and supporting individuals to sustain their tenancies.

You will bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and persuasive negotiation skills to the role, ensuring high performance and positive outcomes. As a forward-thinking and motivational leader, you will play a key role in preparing the service for upcoming sector changes, particularly in response to the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Bill. Your ability to innovate and adapt will be essential in navigating the evolving housing landscape and delivering a responsive, person-centred service.
