Casual customer service & events officer - Hall Place

To work within the team to provide an excellent customer service, including set up and delivery, of public and private hire events at Hall Place. These can include weddings, parties, conferences and wakes.  Provide a efficient and friendly reception duty service.

• Excellent customer service
• Good written and verbal communication with ability to adapt depending on client
•  Ability to work unsociable hours
• Able to complete some manual handling tasks i.e room set up/ table & chair set up and breakdown
• Able to be a calm efficient key holder responsible for locking the premises safely
