These opportunities will provide you with experience in IT and Cyber Security, customer service, planning and organising. You will receive good quality supervision with day-to-day support and assistance in a wide range of service responsibilities. You will also attend college/university as required and will be expected to undertake the relevant studies to achieve the formal qualification which is part of the Government’s apprenticeship requirements.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) and ideally 2 A-levels or equivalent. You should meet the entry requirements for Level 3, 4, and 6 cyber security apprenticeship standards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service ability are essential, along with basic ICT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel). You’ll need to be organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team. A genuine interest in cyber security, a commitment to learning, and the ambition to progress through the apprenticeship levels are key.
