Social Worker - Referral & Assessment

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Child and Family Social Worker to join our dedicated Referral and Assessment Team. 

We are committed to ensuring that children and families receive the appropriate support they need to thrive.  It is expected that the Social Worker is committed to supporting children, young people and their families to make positive change based on their needs.
